- Arrival reports. Your own timing at HAN, SGN or DAD helps us keep the wait-time guides honest.
- Content questions. Anything unclear in a guide - if it confused you, it will confuse others.
Booking support
VieSchool Fast Track is a travel guide, not the service provider. For anything about an existing booking - schedule changes, meeting points, refunds - contact AAL Fast Track directly; they handle all service operations.
Visa and immigration
For official visa status, use the government's e-visa portal and your application code. We publish guides but cannot check or influence individual applications.
